Frank A. Stollbert, CPM

Mr. Stollbert joined Mancal Properties Inc. as Manager, Real Estate in 2000, and from 2003 to 2013 was Vice President. After many years of hard work with and contributions to the company, Mr. Stollbert was promoted to President in September 2013. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Stollbert had 20 years’ of experience in real estate asset management most recently with Manulife Financial and Regional Property & Asset Management. Mr. Stollbert has a Bachelor of Commerce and his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Mr.Stollbert's experience extends to commercial construction and development. Mr. Stollbert is responsible for the management, acquisitions, development, partnership relations and value creation for MPI's portfolio.

Anita Arora, CA
Vice President, Assets and Finance

Ms. Arora joined the group as Assistant Controller for Mancal Corporation in June 2000. With the growth of the Mancal Properties portfolio, Ms. Arora was promoted to Manager, Finance in September 2006 and in January 2015 was promoted to Vice President, Assets and Finance. Ms. Arora graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce and received her Chartered Accountant designation in 1999. Ms. Arora has experience in accounting, finance, and real estate having previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and TrizecHahn Corporation.
Bryan D. Dunn
Property Manager

Mr. Dunn joined Mancal Properties Inc. in June of 2014 as Property Manager. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Dunn had 26 years of experience with various Real Estate companies, most recently with 20 Vic Management for 16 years here in Calgary. Mr. Dunn has a diploma in Business Marketing and Advertising, and his Real Property Manager (RPA) designation.
Dan Lewis
Leasing & Acquisitions Manager

Mr. Lewis joined the Mancal Properties team in November 2015 as Leasing and Acquisition Manager. Mr. Lewis began his commercial real estate career with the research team at Cushman & Wakefield in Toronto, Ontario. From there he moved on to the role of Leasing Manager with Brookfield Properties before deciding to move west to Alberta. Mr. Lewis has leasing and acquisition experience in commercial, retail, and industrial real estate across Western Canada and the Western United States. Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Toronto.
