Mr. Briscoe has built a successful career in real-estate leading residential developments for private developers in Alberta. Mr. Briscoe has managed the development of over 1,000 single family lots and over 700 multi-family units from acquisition through to construction, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Mancal in 2022, Mr. Briscoe was Vice President, Developments for Graywood Developments responsible for their real estate portfolio in Calgary. Mr. Briscoe holds a MBA and BA in Economics from The University of Calgary.
